Image Guidance Platform

Our image guidance platform leverages the sensitivity of magnetic resonance (MR) imaging with an advanced technology system consisting of stereo cameras, ultrasound imaging, optical tracking, and patient-specific biophysical computational models.

Our graphical user interface is implemented as a custom scripted python module in 3D Slicer. Our module uses Plus Toolkit to interface with a Vicra NDI Optical tracker, and a BK5000 ultrasound.
